Why don’t u publish lic. plate #’s??
Pete, there’s no case law for a site like mine that isn’t classified as “newsworthy”. As a result, if someone loses a job opportunity, gets fired, etc. for something they did demonstrated on our site, such a person could make a case for libel. Potentially. Again, we’ve done a lot of research on the matter, but we have yet to have an attorney draft up a proposal that would be water-tight.
