Here we go again. These photos are from the same submitter who reported this BMW repeat offender a couple weeks ago at a Huntington Beach business parking structure. Will it ever stop? I’m thinking of making flyers that you all can print out and place on people’s windshields. What do you think about that?

    Does this building have some sort of parking patrol? Where I work, they will ticket cars if they are over the lines. The submitter should follow up with security or parking patrol to see what their options are, because this is just ridiculous.

    Either that, or saran wrap the person’s car :)
