Full marks for this young couple!  What you don’t see in this photo is a kid, no older than 5 (maybe 6), bouncing around in the backseat of this silver Honda without his seat belt on.  My friend and I were going to see Avatar at Universal CityWalk when we noticed these two young, apathetic-looking parents at a red light with their kid just playing around and chatting away in the back seat completely unrestrained.  We took this photo a few blocks later near Moorpark.  To make matters worse, the irresponsible sh*t-for-brains dad was speeding down Lankershim and cutting into lanes without signaling.  It’s bad enough that so many people in this town don’t give a frack about the safety of other commuters, but to completely disregard the safety of one’s own child takes stupidity to whole new level of retardation–oh wait :::looking at my palm:::—I meant to say a whole new level of irrational irresponsibility.  (Sorry, Ms. Palin).
