I’m surprised this photo came out, since I blindly pointed my camera at the driver side window and snapped a quick photo while on the 405 Fwy in morning rush hour traffic.  I forgot the make and model of this black sedan, though I do remember the middle-aged guy driving it fiddling with his smart phone the entire time.  To his credit, he was at least keeping a large berth between his car and the car in front, which is more than I can say for most other drivers who text/browse and drive at the same time.  This guy still gets high marks for idiocy, since each time I glanced over it looked like he had his eyes on the phone more than he had it on the road.
