More Bad Parking and Bad Enforcement

Idiocy Meter

Asshole Meter

This old Ford Taurus with a “3″ license plate likely belongs to one of the many old farts who shop at the Ralphs at Bundy and Wilshire in West L.A. If you’re a pedestrian walking anywhere around this parking lot, watch out for these senile buggers who turn left while looking right or who zoom through aisles without slowing for cross traffic. The lot is also manned by at least 2 overzealous private enforcement officers who constantly ask me if some random car parked in the lot belongs to me, since parking is for Ralphs customers only. Never mind the fact that I walk through this lot twice a day, five times a week, and I’ve even said hello to these guys on a number of occasions. Hell, even the valet guy at Literati (around the corner) knows me, and I’ve never valeted my car there. You would think these officers would be more concerned about bad parking jobs and reckless driving within their lot than randomly accusing people they see every day for owning vehicles they suspect of being parked in spaces reserved for Ralphs customers.

What a bunch of pricks those guards are. If they kept on asking me that crap, they’d get an earful. From now on, you should say HELLO to them with your middle fingers.
