Inconsiderate Dodge Caliber and Meetways.com

Idiocy Meter

Asshole Meter

OK, seriously, this is like the fourth post I’ve received regarding poor parking jobs in this exact housing complex. Could there really be that many inconsiderate morons living in a single condo development? Apparently, the answer is yes. Now multiply that by a couple thousand, and you can see why we have a county full of incompetent, pig-headed drivers:
“I took this picture at my condo complex yesterday evening. Our parking is at a premium (as is the case in most condo complexes), but idiot here decided that his Dodge Caliber needed a little elbow room, thus causing other people to park wherever they could. I actually heard a few tire squeals last night in protest to this crappy park job. I saw a notice from our security company on it this morning, but no telling if it will help. Every space is precious, no matter how small it is. This was an obvious parking space hog job! What possess people to be this inconsiderate is beyond my realm of thinking. I guess you have to be a moron to figure out this type of behavior.”
Seriously, why half-ass it? It’s so typically “L.A. mean”, as my wife likes to call it. You’re nice to someone’s face but then say what you really think to your friends when they walk away. If you’re going to take up 2 parking spots, don’t try to be covert or chicken sh*t about it. Hell, pull a King Solomon and divide your bad boy Dodge in half, right over the parking line. You’ll still get a shout-out on this blog, but at least you’ll get your ballsy brownie points for “style”.
On a completely unrelated note, I wanted to give a holler out to the people over at meetways.com. And NO, I am not getting paid for this plug. Rather, I think it’s a fantastic way for people in this town to meet up, since we’re constantly stuck in traffic. The site was created to help friends, colleagues, the Jets and the Sharks, etc. find the perfect meeting point. All you need to do is type in two locations and then specify what type of venue you’re looking for (pizza, bank, fitness club, coffee, parking lot under an overpass with a high wall, etc.). The site will then give you the exact halfway point between the two locations and the nearest businesses that match your search criteria. From the looks of it, this site is based on GoogleMaps technology, so it also works in 25 different countries. Great idea, if you ask me.

Love it! Thank you! + MeetWays really does the trick! thanks for the tip!
